Design and Production
The workroom team that constructs hand-tied, wired and base medium floristry products in volume for corporate accounts, funerals, online orders and events, maintains tools and equipment, and keeps mechanics, proportion and finish consistent across every site.
What the team is accountable for
- Construct products to the design standards guide and the order specification
- Maintain knives, secateurs, wire cutters and foam saws
- Prepare wired work, base medium arrangements and tributes
- Check finished work against the order before it leaves the bench
- Train junior designers and casual staff in construction techniques

Sets the design standards, runs the Cremorne workroom benches and trains every new designer, having joined as an apprentice in 2011.
Dylan Nguyen
Constructs hand-tied and wired work for corporate and funeral orders in the Cremorne workroom and mentors casual staff in peak season.

Order Book
Records every retail, phone and online order from enquiry to delivery, including product, card message, delivery window and any complaint or freshness claim.
Incident and Hazard Register
The controlled record of every injury, near miss, hazard, chemical exposure and vehicle incident, with investigation findings and corrective actions to closure.
