Purpose. Completed for every delivery of cut flowers, foliage or plants to record counts, condition and any claim against the supplier.

1.When to use this form

Complete one form for each delivery from the wholesale market, a grower or a courier. The form supports the entry in the Stock Intake Register and is the evidence for any supplier credit claim.

2.Counting

Count bunches or stems for each line against the order. Record shortfalls and overs. Do not accept a delivery on behalf of another site without counting it.

3.Condition grading

Grade each line A, B or C. Grade A is premium and suitable for all products. Grade B is sound but with minor blemishes and is suitable for volume work. Grade C is substandard, must be quarantined and must not be used in customer products.

4.Biosecurity

Any live insect, soil or unusual disease sign on imported product must be recorded, the product bagged and the Buying and Stock Coordinator told immediately. Do not dispose of the product until instructed.

5.Claims

Photograph any Grade C product on the day and attach the photographs to the register entry. Claims must be lodged with the supplier within 24 hours of delivery.

6.Complete the form
