Runs the two shop floors and the design studio, serving walk-in customers, taking phone and counter orders, maintaining displays and merchandising, and producing the everyday bouquets and arrangements that make up most of the business's daily sales.

The controlled record of every injury, near miss, hazard, chemical exposure and vehicle incident, with investigation findings and corrective actions to closure.
